Hiit Kickboxing and Strength and Conditioning Classes

HIIT shit and get fit with our Signature HIIT Kickboxing classes that are specifically designed to build strength and blast fat! Classes are maxed out at 10 people with 2 instructors to receive the personal attention that is needed to correct form and proper lifting technique. You will learn how to strike a bag using combos and workouts that include intense conditioning exercises to burn fat for hours and tone your body. Come try one on us!

Come join us for our Strength And Conditioning Classes! These classes are designed to get stronger, build muscle, burn fat and tone your body! We will show you proper form to prevent injuries and teach you the fundamentals of Strength Training!


Private Open Gym

What you get as a Private Open Gym Membership. 

As a member you will have access to our state of the art Rogue Equipped Facility. No wait time on equipment, no overcrowding and dealing with all the bullshit that comes with the commercial gyms. If you are serious about your fitness, Juggernaut Gym is the place for you!
